Four 'male first offenders who had found Friday, the 13, th, an unlucky day so far as alcohol was concerned, wa"s each fined 5/-, in default :24 hours' imprisonment. INDECENCY. Frank Morton, a young man, was charged that on or about February 6 he did ah indecent act with purpose to offend. The Chief-Detective having given details ;of the alleged offences, accused was remanded until Friday next.
