(Received March 17, 2.40 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, March 16. Herr Lissauer' is touring Germany declaiming his "Hymn of Hate." Doctor Lindauer, m a pamphlet published m Vienna, says that the allegation that England desired a world war is not proved. He cites a series of crises settled owing to Britain's efforts. He quotes Baron Hojlweg's recognition thereof. Those acquainted with the English will never believe they would become criminal against themselves or humanity.
The Vorwaerts says the pamphlet is worthy of attention because Dr Lin dauer approved of t!ip Austro-German standpoint m the war.
