Messrs- Bemshardt and Co. (near railway station) report as follows :—: —

Rabbitskius.— Supplies are now falling off very much, and we had to buy the bulk of ths cSeringa lately so as to complete our orders. For four bales choice station does we paid 15Jd, and for other aorta proportionately high prices. We require a large quantity yet, this year, and guarantee top values for all sorts. Sheep.-kinß are keeping firm in spite of the boisterous weather.

Hides and Calfskins are iv good demand at firm prices. We have laige open orders for both all ihe^year round, and limits which defy competition. For sound, fair-sizid calfskins we pay up to Is 6d each.
