GRAIN AND PRODUCE REPORT.

Messrs William E. Reynolds and Co , Bead street, report for week ending 10th iust. asfollows :—

Wheat. — There is no change to report since last week, no sales of any consequence having; tak*>n place, but prices remain firm We quote 1 Vrimo velvet, 4s 7d ; southern grown, Is 5d s Tuscan, 4s 4d to 4s 6<i ; red soits, up to 4s 4d "r" r fowl feed from 3s 3d to 3* 7d.

Oats. — This market is very dull indeed, and very few sales have bean effected during the past: week, as the outside demand is very limited. We quote : Prime milling Sutherlands from Is H<t to 2«, with very few offering ; heavy bright feed. Is 9<i to 1* 9id ; good touad, Is BJd to Is 9d ; medium, Is 7d to Is Bd. Pot atoes. —These are very hard to place, and prices have consequently receded even on last week's fall. QuofciUion-9 to-day are : For prime northerner, for which only sale 3 can be effected, from£l 17s 6i to £2 2* 6d.

Chaff. — Thia remains practically the sama as last week in spite of the fact that very little has bsen coming forward, owing Bo doubt to tha inclemency of th» weather. Quotations ar» : For gool to prime quality from £<5 15s to £3 10s, and inferior from £2 to £-2 12s 6d.

Seeds. — We have a full stock of these on hand, both colonial and imported, also turnip seed imported direct from the best London housea, and will be pleated to book orders or send samples with quotations on receiving a request to do so.'
