HINDON.
Notbhbss 11. — Our school was examined by Mr Tayior on Tuesday, 6th inst. The percentage of passes was 96, a fact which must be very gratifying to teacher (Mr Harrison) and parents alike. Bush Burning.— The small patches of bush that we have left are fast being burnt out by some mischievous person or persons. It is to be hoped some steps will be taken to put a stop to this wanton destruction.
