Ploughmen. £52 per annum ; Shepherds, £52 to £55 ; Farm Servants, from 16s to 20s per weelc ; Beys for milking, from 12s to 15s ; Femalo Servants, 10s to 153 per week; General Labourers, 6s to 8s per day ; Wharf Labourers, Is per hour. The demand for labour this week is good. Ploughmen are still in demand. General labourers for garden work, &c, can be supplied at reasonable wages. Female servants are still wanted. The ship Forfarshire has arrived from Glasgow. The female servants were engaged both for town and country at fair wages. There are four servants still to engage.
