SPECIAL SERV CE AT ST. PAUL'S.
A special service was held at St. Paul's Church on the 2nd, and at its close an address waa presented to hia Lordship Bishop Nevill. There was a numerous congregation, and several clergymen were present who had come from a distance. The clergymen present were the Yen. Archdeacon Edwards, the Revs, Beaumont, Byng, Ronaldson, Fitchett, and Sotham. The Yen. Archdeacon read the prayerß; the first lesson was read by the Rev. Mr Ronaldson, and the second lesson by the R&v. Mr Byng.
Atter the service the Yen. Archdeacon read and presented an address to hia Lordship, to which his Lordship sutitably responded. The offertory, which amounted to L 5 6s, will be devoted to the General Clergymen's Maintenance Fund.
