SUDDEN DEATH
A man named James M'Neill, 69 years of age, died suddenly at his residence, No. 3 Brent street, Maori Hill, on Saturday evening. During the day he was in his usual state of health, and_ after having, tea with his family he was sitting in a chair, when he was suddenly observed to collapse. Dr Fitchett was immediately called in, but he could only pronounce life to be extinct. Mr M'Neill, who enjoyed good health, had: not been attended by a doctor for about eight years._ An inquest will be held at deceased's residence at 9 a. m.. to-day by Mr J. R. Bartholomew.
