Tho Berlin Post Office authorities announce that throughout the summer and autumn every telephone subscriber may, for a- cost of one penny, inquire of his exchange at noon the official weather forecast for the next 84 hours. Tim charges for " weather calls" will be collected by the postman, or tho subscriber may have a sc-rvieo- sit 2s a month, 4s for throe montlis, or 8s for six months.
