BARQUE ASHORE AT LEVIN.
THREE STEAMERS LYING BY. PARTICULARS MAGRK. (Pee United Prkss Association.) WELLINGTON, April 24. . Lovin has reported that a three-masted vessel is lying off the beaoh dying a signal of distress. A constable has gone out to investigate. April 25. The postmaster at Levin has telegraphed to the Secretary, Chief Post Office, that the constable sent to Ilok'io Beaen returned 10-<lay. He reports that the barque is apparently aground. He could not distinguish anything hy which the vessel could be identified. Three steamers were close to lier, /but seemed unable to get her otf. There was a moderate sea running, with a, considerable swell, but otherwise the weather is line, There is 110 wind. Another constable has, been sent to the beach.
