(Received July 29, at 1.20 a.m.) The towns of Buenos Ayres, Santa Fe, and Corcuba are now in a state of siege. The Vice-president, Dr Carlos Pellegrini, is exercising executive power, and President Celeman. has gone to the provinces to collect troops, and will attack Buenos Ayres if the rebels are successful. General Campos, who was recently imprisoned for conspiracy, was rescued by the rebels and placed in command. He is supported by a revolutionary committee, who have issued a manifesto announcing they are determined to remove President Celeman's Government. Sailors are defending Government House with mitrailleuses. Heaps of police and soldiers are lying dead in the streets. It is reported the Minister of War has been killed. The rebels repulsed two attacks, and wounded the chief of the police. The Government are expecting reinforcements from Lavatt. (Special to Pbess Association.) Buenos Aybes, July 27.
