HIGH NOVEMBER TOTAL BEST IN CITY SINCE 1929 MARKED ADVANCE FOR YEAR Permits for the erection of commercial, industrial and residential buildings issued by the Auckland City Council last month were responsible for an expenditure reaching the highest monthly figure since 1929.
