WOMAN ASSAULTED
A fine of £2 was imposed on a traveller. Robert R a churn Miller, aged 44, for assaulting Margaret Donald on Sunday, when he appeared in the Police Court, before Mr. C. R. Orr Walker, S.M., yesterday. Miller, who was represented by Mr. Aekins, pleaded guilty to this charge and a second charge of being found drunk in Hobson Street*. "His sole crime is continual drunkenness," Mr. Aekins said.
