DISPUTE IN BELGIUM ALLEGED WAR SPY'S POST BRUSSELS, Feb. 0 The Cabinet has resigned as a result of the withdrawal of the Liberals' support after the appointment of Dr. Mortens to the Flemish Academy. He was allegedly a very active spy for the Germans during the Great "\\ ar, and was later sentenced to death as a traitor.
