GARDEN. OF PEACE r—s ■ . INTERNATIONAL APPEAL A "Garden of Peace" lias been established in La Plata, Argentina, by Alberto V. Oitaven, engineer and director 10f parks and gardens of that city, with the object of creating better knowledge and understanding between the peoples of different nations. The' Garden of Peace has been in existence for only one year, but already 51 nations are represented there with their national flowers". This is the first garden of the kind to be formed in the world.
