Thursday A verdict of not guilty was returned by the jury in the Supreme Court at Wellington to-night in the case in which Horace Baden Ginger, company director, aged 36, was charged with negligently driving a motor-car, thereby causing the death of Samuel lhompson. The charge arose from an accident on the Aberdeen Quay, Miramar, when Ginger's car collided with a pedestrian.
