POWER OF ASSOCIATIONS AMALGAMATION ADVISED [rROM OUR OWN correspondent] HAMILTON, Thursday "The time has arrived when there should be amalgamation several of the carriers' associations," said Mr. E. J. Phelan, No. 1 licensing authority, at Hamilton this morning.
