The voting in the plebiscite on the new constitution is: In favour . . . . . . 514,080 Against 404,661
Tho Dublin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph states that in order to obtain a working majority Mr. de Yalera may bo forced to ally himself with Labour, which holds three more seats- than in the previous Dail. The writer emphasises that such an alliance would necessitate a drastic amendment of the Constitution to meet Labour's criticisms.
