YESTERDAY'S SALES RETURN ON INVESTMENTS Following is a list of yesterday's transactions on New Zealand Stock Exchanges and the return from investment at the quoted price. The exchange premium on dividends payable in sterling is included in the calculation of returns. The yield on 4 per cent Government loans includes redemption and that on 3J per cent loans is for interest alone, and covers only the period for which the loans are tax-free. AUCKLAND EXCHANGE

THE MINING MARKET WAIHIS Afr.*lN LOWER EASING IN GOLDEN DAWNS Waihis showed a further decline in the mining market on the Auckland Stock Exchange yesterday, a sale at 37s being 6d lower. Golden Dawns were released 3d weaker at 2s 3d, while Matakis gained Id to sell at Is 6d.
