MEMBER FOR GREY LYNN.
TRIBUTE TO SERVICES. Mr. .T. S. Fletcher, M.P. for Grey Lynn, and Mrs. Fletcher were entertained at a social gathering in the Point Chevalier Hall last evening in recognition of Mr. Fletcfier's services to the electorate since his return to Parliament last November. The function was organised by members of his election committee and about 150 residents of Point Chevalier and other parts of the district were present. In a brief speech Mr. Fletcher said he greatly appreciated the kindly feeling which tiie gatheiing expressed, particularly as ho had known practically no one in the electorate until he had opened his campaign there last year.
