"It is a.pity you did not think of the disgrace which you were bringing " on your respectable relatives before you did this," said Mr. Justice Ostler, in the Supremo Court to-day to Claude Coward, aged 22, who was charged with breaking and entering by night at Dannevirko with intent, to commit a crime.
"Luckily for you." continued His Honor, "the police record of your character is good. I am going to give you a chance, but people don't get two chances, so don't offend again." Coward was admitted to probation.
