DROWNING ACCIDENT.
RECOVERY OF THE BODY. The body of Mr. Frank Vincent Canteli, aged 38, who fell from the sewer in the Orakei Basin on Friday evening, was recovered from the sea near Victoria Wharf, Devouport, on Saturday morning. Mr. Canteli, who was a labourer residing at Orakei, was heard to fall into the water by a woman who was also walking across the sewer. An inquest was opened yesterday before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., coroner. After evidence of identification had been heard the inquest was adjourned until this morning.
