STRAND SITE IN LONDON.

ADEQUATE ACCOMMODATION.

London, March 20. The office arrangements for the New Zea, and Government building to be erected in the Strand have been the sul.jcot of a great deal of attention latoiv, and the allocation of the space to the different departments has now been almost decided upon. The whole of the frontage on the ground floor will bo occupied by shop-front window?, the door being in the middle, and ■ere w.ll also be a window at the side of tie budding facing Heathcock Court ]~ the facing of the building New Zealand stone will be used as much as D o-;!,i, and there will probably be some fine panels' of greenstone at the side of the entrance door.
