GENEROUS BERLINERS.
HEALTH SCHOOL FOR BOYS.
GIFT TO MUNICIPALITY.'
STIMULANTS FORBIDDEN.
By Telegraph—
Berlin, December 31. Anonymous citizens have presented the municipality with a sum of £250,000, for the purpose of erecting a school for boys. The idea is to secure a " perfect health" establishment, which will be built in the forest near the city. The chief subjects will bs modern languages and natural science. The whole day will be spent in the open air.
Food will be of the simplest kind, and neither alcohol nor tobacco will be allowed. Much time will be spent in walking excursions with the teachers to various parts of the Empire.
