London, September 13. A cargo of Adelaide wheat, ex Drummuir, has been said at 22s 6d, and a cargo ex Glenricht at '22s 3d. Five thousand rabbits, ex Ruahine, sold at a shilling each. The Opawa is discharging 10,000 sheep at Liverpool in excellent condition. The weekly returns of the Bank of England published to-day show the total reserve to be £31,130,000. Consols are 102£, Three months' bills are discounted at g per cent.
New Zealand 4 per cent, inscribed stock is 109£ ; 3A per cent, ditto, 1034. New Zealand frozen mutton : First quality, 3£d per lb; second ditto, 3d per lb. New Zealand lamb : First quality, 3Jd per lb; Australian lamb, s£d. New Zealand hemp : Quotation unchanged. New Zealand long-berried wheat, ex warehouse, quiet ac £1 4s 6d ; South Australian and Victorian wheat, ex warehouse, flat at £1 4s 6d, and Victorian di tto quiet at £1 4s. Sugar: German beet quiet, lis 6d; Java, 14s.
Bradford wool market is quiet, and little business is doing. Danish butter is £5 10s per cwb.
