Wellington, This Day. An inquiry into the running of tho h >rse Timothy in the Open Steeple Chase at .the United Hunt Club's meeting and also a3 to his weight was resumed last night. At midnight the Stewards anaouuaed that tbey were of opinion that botS Kenneth MoKerzie. the trainer, and John Gravestiok, the jockey, Were guilty of fraudulent priOtice under rule 111 of the Rales of Racing. They disqualified McKenzie for six mouths and the horse for three months. Mr Henry, owner of the horse, waa entirely exonerated.
