Genoral French is much struck with th 3 Royal Military College at Kingston, Ontario, and favours compelling the graduates to undergo training and pass some new tost every two or three years. He forsees the establishment of similar institutions in the West, probably at Winnipeg, and recommends more definite and national peace organisations applioablo to the militia.
