MELBOURNE. Nov. 16. The election figures as cabled cover the scats practically beyond doubt. Fifteen arc still in doubt, and some are depending on the second counts. The outstanding feature is tho victory for the advocates of economy. Several Liberals, who adhered to the Peacock Ministry, were defeated. The outcome promises to he a Ministry which will find itself with only a remnant of its supporters, and the. new leaders will ho chosen from members of the New National Party.
