ROUMANIAN ARTILLERY ACTIVE.
RUDE SHOCK FOR ENEMY, Australian-New Zealand Cable Associating. (Renter’s Telegram.) Received November 16, 11.25 a.in. LONDON, Nov. 15. A wireless Roumanian official message reports artillery actions in the Trotus Valley iu the Grozestin sector. Russian batteries on several occasions fired against groups of the enemy emerging from trenches brandishing flags for the purpose of fraternising.
