ENEMY FORCES RETREATING. Australian-New Zealand Cable Association. LONDON. Nov. 14. An Fast African official message says: Our Kilwa and Kindi forces junctioned at Ndanda. The remnants of tho principal enemy forces retreated to Clmvuta and C)viti, on Iho western edge of Makonde plateau, abandoning machine guns and rifles. There arc many of the enemy in hospital* at Chiwata.

A captured letter mentions that. Herr Let.ow was instructed by Tafel, who commands tho enemy’s northern forces that he must hold tho colony at least until January 18. 1918. Another letter rcl>orts a statement by the Governor that (there will be peace this year.
