NAPIi«.R, August 30. The lnterpioviocinl football match Otago v. Hawke's Bay was played here to-day in fine weather, and before a large attendance of spectators. The game was very open all through, the visitors, however, having the base of the game in the second spell, and eventually wiDniqg by 6 points to 3.
The following have been selected by Messrs Elliot, Nash, and Broom to represent Manawatu Juniors to play Wanganui Juniors ar Wanganui on Saturday next:—Lowe, Hughes. Elliot, Potier, Xmzett, Hine, O. Simpson. Palmer, Setford, Larkin, C. Taphn, Ward. Kiley, Wea, Robinson. ■ Emergency : Inch.
