SYDNEY, August.3o. When the Ru^by Union exonerated Dobson, the Bnush foochalier, in connection with tbe Newcastle incident, ifr did nut deal with the question of the Britishers le»v«ng the field. The Council of the Uniou has now adopted a resolution expressing disapprobation of the impropet action of the British captain in taking his men off tbe fiaJd, and the resolution will be forward ed to the En_li^a Union.
