t A.BANK MESSENGER ROBBED. THE ALLEGED POISONING CA.SE. [ONITEO 'PRESS ASSOCIATION.] London, June 15. A Bank messenger was robbed of £3,000 to-day, while walking through the city. A compromise has been arrived at with Mr Sexton, MiP., and the Irish Free Education Bill has passed through Committee. The police have laid charges of poisoning against the man Neill, who has been arrested on suspicion of causing the death of a number of girls recently, but they were ouly proceeding with four at present. Paris, June 15. The remnant of the officers who served under Gordon and Baker, six only ia number, haye arrived m Egypt. They assert that thousands of Egyptian soldiers have joined Captain Lugard m Uganda.
