SPRING CREEK ROAD BOARD V. WRATT.
This was a claim for 16s, against Joseph Wratfc for Road Rates for 1876-7, and the defendant did not appear. George Stenhouse, Collector to the Board, proved the case. Judgment for the amount claimed, with 9s costs. The Court then rose.
