[Before S. L. Muller Esq. R.M.] : Blenheim, Monday, March 19. carter v. mason. Thiß was a against Edward Mason for 15s 9d, for goods sold and delivered, and the defendant did not appear. George Charles, Garter, storekeeper, Blenheim, proved the case. Judgment for the amount claimed, with 9s costs. SAME V. PHILPOTTS This was a claim against Frederick Philpoti for £2 2s Bd, for goods sold and delivered, and the defendant did not appear. The Plaintiff proved the case. Judgment for the amount claimed, with 98 costs.
