BARNARD will sell by public auction, at his Sale Yards, adjoining the White Hart Hotel, on This day, September 12, about 60 head prime store cattle, ex Clutha, from' Wellington, consisting of:— 15 splendid cows and heifers, all in full milk, or near calving , 11 prime bullocks, fit for breaking in to yoke, or for the butcher 34 head of 2-year old steers and heifers, yearlings and calves.
