Pumping and grinding, &c., done with steam engine at a trifling cost, and can be shown to be a saving of 30 per cent. This offers a good investment for a brewing company, or to any business party. A large fortune can be made. The only reason for letting this first-class business is because the proprietor, who has carried on the business for nearly ten years, is about visiting England.
