Omen, by Melbourne, out of Stormy Petrel, by Sheet Anchor; was imported into South Australia by Hurtle Fisher, Esq. Flying Cloud carried off the first prizes at the South Australian Agricultural and Horticultural Society at three shows in succession, for 1860, 1861, and 1862; at the latter in competition with Vanguard. Also the thoroughbred mare ADA. Ada is out of Ada, by Merry Monarch. And the celebrated steeplechaser MAORI. Maori is a first-class cross-country house, and gentlemen desirous of witnessing his leaping powers, may do so any day at Edds' Repository, where the horses will be on view until the day of sale.
