(Received Nov. 4, 10.30 a.m.) _ „ MILAN, Nov. 3. The Comere della Sera says that M. Bratiano will not move unless certain of success of the Allies, who must inspire this certainty. Roumania believes that the side which conquers Constantinople will have won.
