MUNITIONS OUTPUT.
THE REGISTRATION BILL. SCHEME GENERALLY APPROVED: LONDON, June 26. In the House of Commons, referring to Hon. W. Long's Bill, Hay-Fisher said that it wou]/l be found very satisfactory and answer the demands made for a great national scheme. There is much doubt en the score of Hon. W. Long's Bill. Many Commoners expect that it also would provide a national register of the available manhood. On the contrary, it will really be a war census to enable the authorities to determine what branch of war work each is best fitted.
