TUEIN, June 26 The Italians on Tuesday seized Crestaverde, a mountain at the head of Niedergail valley, the highest point be. tween the Held valley and Oregons Pass. The Austrians made four attempts to retake the Italian positions at Mont.» Croce Pass, but were repulsed by the Alpini leaving' two hundred dead. Fierce Austrian attacks at Monte Piano were foiled. Many Austrians fearing the bayonet, leaped from the craigs to death.
