'London, March 25. Premier Asquith. replying to questions in tho House of Commons, reiterated that Great Britain was under no secret obligations to send troope to the Continent. He explained that Mr .Balfoiir was not a membei , of the Defence Committee, but had joined a Special Enquiry Committee.
