Palmerston North's Liberty Loan campaign had a wonderful "boost" yesterday in a spectacular military display and parade of • all arms of the services. Lieut.-General Puttick, G.0.C., New Zealand Military Forces, took the salute and afterwards described the parade as impressive. The Prime Minister (Mr. Fraser) stated that nothing like the parade had been seen in Wellington. The subscriptions yesterday totalled £2373.
