WASHINGTON, May 15
Colonel Frank Knox, Secretary of the Navy, presented the Navy Cross to Captain Arthur G. Robinson, of the cruiser Marblehead, which recently completed a 13,000-mile journey from the Java Sea in a badly damaged condition.
