' The Vampire has come out into her old fdvm again. Apart from one boat, the Waitui of the Muritai Yacht Club, all the other Takapunas in Port Nicholson will be representing Evans Bay. The prospective boats from Evans Bay are the Manahau, Nukumai, Scamper, Torment, and Victory. There will; be. a number of Takapunas lying on the hard during the trials as most of the skippers are over age. The Kitty. Louis, and Janet will attempt to carry the club's colours to victory in the Sanders Cup trials. The Kitty has been out sailing during the week so that by the time the trials arrive she should be ready to show the other boats the way. The Louis is | doing quite well although, it is generally agreed that a boat does not show its best pares in the first season.
