CENTRAL GOVERNMENT
CREATION IN CHINA
JAPAN'S "NEW ORDER" PLAN
TOKIO, October 15,
The Prime Minister, General Abe, in a statement to newspapers published in the Japanese language, stated that Japan is determined to create a new Chinese central Government, able to share fully in the reorganisation of East Asia, which China and Japan must accomplish unassisted by outsiders.
He added that the reorganisation could be accomplished in a neutral manner, and the rights of third Powers would be respected. An effort would be made to convince the world of the sincerity of Japan's aims, which were the preservation of peace in East Asia, and tha establishment of prosperity and co-operation by all nations for international stability.
