CUTTING OFF RUSSIAN ARMS SUPPLY

LONDON, November 24.
. The Shanghai correspondent of "The Times" states that the Japanese are preparing to invade Shensi Province in order to cut off the supply of arms from Russia.
The English and French Chambers of Commerce and the National Associations of eight countries are united in opposing the militarily unjustifiable Japanese restrictions on foreign trade.
