ATHLETIC MEETING
An attractive programme has been arranged by the Wellington Centre of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association for the first scratch meeting of the season on the Hataitai ground tomorrow afternoon, commencing at 2.15. Well-known runners, including Quinn, the New Zealand sprint champion, will be taking part, and the field events should also produce interesting* competition. Weightlifting will give variety to what promises to be a successful meeting
Mr. A. E. Bedford, a member of the Hawke's Bay Hospital Board, who has been visiting Wellington on the board's business, returned to Napier this morning.
