CO-OPERATION ASSUMED
(Received November 12, 12.45 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day.
Addressing the convention of the United Australia Party, the Federal Prime Minister, Mr. J. A. Lyons, said that the Government had based its defence policy on the underlying assumption that Australia would have the active co-operation, not only of Britain, but also of New Zealand.
