St. Peter's: Queen Carnival Bazaar,

The annual bazaar in St. Peter's Parish.. .Hall.-will be., opened-by : Mrs, H.'St. Barbe. Black and Mr. Perry, and Mr. and Mrs. Fpwke were the winners of the "Monte Carlo." The committee responsible for the success of the function consisted of Misses D. Wahlers, J: Kivell, G. An interesting little, ceremony will take place at St. Matthew's Diocesan Girls' School at Masterton on the' annual sports, day. Captain Oliver, D.S.C., A.D.C., R.N., will present a Navy League Union Jack to the school, which has the honour of having a membership1 of 100 girls. Parents, friends, and many visitors will be present as well as the school and staff, and the ceremony is expected to be a very pleasing one.
